When do you ship? How long does it take to receive my order?

We will process and ship your order with 2 business days. Transit times will vary depending on your location and can range from one business day to 5 business days. In many cases your order will arrive within three days of leaving our facility.


How are the stones packaged prior to shipping?

Pallets of stone are tough and ship very securely, they are not fragile. Prior to shipping we wrap your pallets tightly with plastic wrap for added protection during transit.


Do you offer discounts?

As a new customer you may receive a one-time discount of 10% off your entire order by signing up with our email newsletter. You will see a popup window on the homepage. Once your email is entered, you will receive a discount code. For existing customers and customers
interested in multiple pallets of stone, we have included a custom chart detailing our standard volume discounts on each product page. You may order any combination of pallets in order to receive the stated discounts. If you have an order of 24 tons or more, please call our office for the best pricing, there may be additional discounts based on your location.


Is every item on the website in stock?

Unless the item is marked ‘Out of Stock’, we have every type of stone listed on the site.


How much stone do I need for a specific project?

Within each product description we have included information about stone coverage and common uses. If you have any questions not answered on the website, please call or email us.


What if I want to order a large amount of stone, do you ship large orders?

As can be seen on the volume discounts section of each product, we do have the ability to ship large orders. If an order contains anywhere between 10 and 24 tons, we will normally ship a dedicated flatbed truck directly to your jobsite. If you have an order of 24 tons or more, please call our office for the best pricing, there may be additional discounts based on your location.


Do you have stone for sale that is not listed for sale on the website?

We do. There are many types of stone that we do not list for a variety of reasons. If you have something specific in mind, please call or email us at sales@tonsofstone.com. We would love to help you out!


Can you all give me advice on which type of stone is best for my project?

We sure can. If you would like to have a detailed discussion, please call or email us.


Is shipping free?

Shipping to your residence or job site is always included in the price of our products. Shipping is always free.


Where are your stones shipped from?

All of our stones are shipped from one of our locations in either Oregon or North Carolina. 


What do I do if my stone arrives damaged or?

If your stone arrives damaged, immediately take photos of the pallet prior to opening the pallet. Once we receive the photos, we will assess the damage. After that, we will work with the freight company to make sure your stone is quickly replaced.


Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally?

We would love to ship far away but at this time we are focusing on the lower 48 states of the US only.
